Blumpark.com reviews: the same “437 reviews” on every product page

Blumpark.com sells dresses, matching sets and underwear, with prices displayed in US dollars, free shipping “on orders over $89” and a “30-Day Guarantee” banner on every page. The site’s catalogue also includes pre-lit Christmas garlands, glow-in-the-dark ferns and DIY kits, advertised with countdown-style discounts. Customers who placed orders report the same outcome: the parcel never arrives, and the only contact address on the site, contact@blumpark.com, does not answer. Another issue appears on the product pages, where every single item shows exactly the same customer reviews.

What you need to know…

• Every product page displays the same figures: “4.8 / 5 from 437 reviews” and “4.9/5 Average Rating”, whether the item is a summer dress, a men’s hoodie or a Christmas wreath kit.
• The homepage claims “Loved by 420K+ customers across the U.S.”, a claim repeated on the product pages, yet no review can be read anywhere on the site.
• The company’s name and address appear only at the very end of the Terms of Service: WESNTH LIMITED, RM 27, 2/F, BLK A, KWAI SHING IND BLDG PH 1, 36-40 TAI LIN PAI ROAD, KWAI CHUNG, HONG KONG. The same address is where the return policy asks customers to send items back.
• The same company name and address appear in the legal pages of at least five other stores: nordicefuse.com, luviacamp.com, liaonmskj.com, lxzktt.com and costcrow.com.
• liaonmskj.com, which sells in German, is flagged as a fake shop by the German consumer organisation Verbraucherzentrale: a check published by its Fakeshop-Finder on 28 May 2026 lists “several signs of a fake shop”; the same page cites a 1.5/5 Trustpilot rating. Its legal notice publishes the same company name and address, plus a Hong Kong phone number and an “employer identification number” of 76954376.
• Orders are shipped “from our warehouse in Asia”, and website-checking services flag the site: ScamAdviser “very likely unsafe” (trust score 0), ScamDoc 21% poor trust score.

Paid for, but never delivered

Reports submitted by readers describe the same sequence of events: a purchase is made, the order confirmation never arrives, and weeks later nothing has been delivered. When customers try to reach the store, the emails bounce.

One report describes what happens when a parcel does arrive. A customer ordered three items from the “Ocean Animal Artisan Glassware Collection”, a product that “seems to be heavily advertised online”, and waited seven weeks for them to come from China: the glassware she received, she wrote, is “not artisan made” and not what the photos showed.

The reports also cover clothing and accessories, which is consistent with a catalogue that mixes seasons and categories: summer dresses sold alongside Christmas decorations, a “complete light-up Christmas tree crochet hat DIY kit” and a men’s waffle-knit hoodie set.

The same “437 reviews” on every product page

Blumpark relies heavily on social proof on its product pages. Each one states: “Emma, Olivia, and over 420K happy customers love it!”, followed by a rating of “4.8 / 5 from 437 reviews”. A second line further down the page repeats “4.9/5 Average Rating”.

These figures are identical on every page we checked, including a maxi dress, a summer dress, a men’s hoodie set and a Christmas wreath kit. The site shows no review text, no reviewer names, no dates and no photos: only the ratings. On a store that claims 420,000 customers, the same 437 reviews follow every product in the catalogue.

The pages also use pressure tactics common on dropshipping stores. A counter announces how many “Visitors are browsing our store”, and the figure changes every time the page is reloaded; a “Sold” figure and an “Only N left in stock” warning sit under the price; buying two items gives 5% off, three items 10% off. These numbers are not measurements: the settings loaded with the page define them as ranges — 10 to 100 visitors, 99 to 499 sales, 5 to 50 items left in stock — and a value is drawn at random on each visit. The shipping promise is inconsistent as well: the banner at the top offers free shipping over $89, while the product page states “Free Shipping on Orders Over $80”.

The company behind the store: a Hong Kong address shared with other shops

It is not easy to identify who runs Blumpark. The site shows no phone number, no address and no chat on its contact page, only an email address. The company’s name appears at the end of the Terms of Service, and the same Hong Kong address is where customers are told to send returns: anyone relying on the “30-day easy returns” promise has to ship the parcel to Kwai Chung.

The same wording appears in the legal pages of other stores built on the same template: nordicefuse.com, luviacamp.com, liaonmskj.com, lxzktt.com and costcrow.com. The German-language store liaonmskj.com goes further and publishes a full legal notice (Impressum) with the same company name and address, plus a director’s name, a Hong Kong telephone number and an employer identification number, 76954376.

liaonmskj.com is also the store with the most visible track record. The German consumer organisation Fakeshop-Finder lists it as showing “several signs of a fake shop” after a check on 28 May 2026, and its Trustpilot profile carries a rating of 1.5 out of 5.

The blumpark.com domain also has a notable history. It was created in 2020 through the registrar Dynadot, but a Wayback Machine capture from 10 July 2025 shows a parking page stating that “the domain has expired and may be available at auction”. The registrant record was last updated on 17 June 2026: the store in its current form is recent, and the age of the domain is not the age of the business. The site runs on Shopline, a Chinese e-commerce platform, and its shipping policy states that “all orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Asia”.

What the scanners say

• ScamAdviser rates the website as “Very Likely Unsafe” (trust score 0), and reports that it found “elements matching with scam sites” and no reviews on the review platforms it checks.
• ScamDoc rates the domain 21% (poor trust score), notes that the owner’s information is incomplete, and reports that other websites operated by the same legal entity have generated a high volume of complaints.

Blumpark.com has no Trustpilot profile: the store has no review history there at all.

If you paid by card and nothing has arrived:

• Contact your bank or card issuer now and ask about a chargeback. Several customers report that this is the path that worked, rather than the store’s own support.
• Do not ship anything back to Hong Kong. The “30-day easy returns” policy requires sending the parcel to the address in the Terms of Service, which is rarely worth the cost and offers no guarantee of a refund.
